The building,as residents know it.

Building Review is a directory of Montreal condominium and apartment buildings with reviews written by the people who live in them: noise, maintenance, management, fees and what it is like day to day.

Each building also shows what the City of Montréal publishes about it: the evaluation roll lot it belongs to, how many condominium homes it has, the year it was built and its building permits. Street names, boroughs and permit text are shown as the City publishes them, in French.

Reading is free and needs no account. Residents with a confirmed email can review a building they have lived in, report problems and maintenance, and suggest corrections. A moderator checks new buildings and edits before they appear.
